Return Period: We offer a 14-day reflection period from the delivery date so that you can decide if the purchased product is right for you.
Voluntary Returns: In the event that you wish to make a voluntary return without the product presenting defects, we appreciate your understanding that the costs associated with the return will be borne by the buyer. This approach helps us maintain our competitive prices for all our customers and the minimum cost is €7 + VAT, depending on the dimensions of the same.
Factory Damage or Defects: If upon receiving your order you discover that the product has a factory defect or has been damaged during transport, we ask that you contact our customer service team within the first five days from the delivery date. We will be more than willing to arrange a suitable solution for you.
